Natural Treatment for Chronic Pain & Inflammation

Pain and inflammation care that looks deeper

Personalized naturopathic care for joint pain, muscle pain, arthritic concerns, autoimmune conditions, and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Ongoing pain and inflammation can affect sleep, mood, energy, and everyday life. Many of our patients come to us after trying to manage symptoms for years without a clear plan.

We look at the factors that may be driving inflammation, including diet, digestion, blood sugar, stress, sleep, and nutrient status, and build a plan to support your body and reduce flare-ups.

Your care may include nutrition recommendations, herbal medicine, targeted supplements, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, lab testing, and referrals as needed. We are happy to work alongside your other providers.

Pain Care That Looks for Root Causes

Rather than simply managing symptoms on the surface, we look for the underlying factors that may be contributing to your concerns so treatment can be tailored to your body, your history, and your goals.

We may evaluate:

  • Inflammatory and autoimmune markers
  • Diet and food sensitivities
  • Digestive health and gut inflammation
  • Blood sugar and metabolic health
  • Nutrient status, such as vitamin D, magnesium, and omega-3s
  • Sleep quality
  • Stress and adrenal stress response
  • Posture, activity, and past injuries
  • Current medications and supplements

We also review prior lab work and order additional testing or referrals when needed.

Concerns We Commonly Support

We work with adults experiencing a wide range of pain and inflammation-related concerns, including:

Joint Pain & Arthritis

Stiff, achy, or swollen joints. We look at inflammation, diet, and nutrient status alongside hands-on physiotherapy support.

Back & Neck Pain

Ongoing back or neck discomfort, supported with physiotherapy techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.

Muscle Pain & Tension

Tight, sore, or tender muscles that keep coming back, often linked to stress, sleep, and nutrient status.

Chronic Inflammatory Conditions

Support for inflammatory and autoimmune-related concerns, working alongside your specialist care.

Headaches

Recurring headaches may be connected to stress, sleep, blood sugar, hormones, posture, or food triggers.

Gut-Related Inflammation

Digestive health can play a large role in inflammation throughout the body, so we look at gut health as part of the picture.

Widespread Pain & Flare-Ups

Pain in many areas of the body, often with fatigue and poor sleep, deserves a careful and whole-person evaluation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you treat chronic pain?

Yes. We support adults with ongoing joint pain, muscle pain, back and neck pain, headaches, and inflammatory conditions, with a plan built around the factors driving their symptoms.

What treatments do you use for pain?

Depending on your needs, your plan may include anti-inflammatory nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, physiotherapy such as therapeutic ultrasound and muscle energy techniques, and hydrotherapy.

Can diet really affect inflammation?

Yes. What you eat can influence inflammation throughout the body. We help you find practical changes that fit your life.

Do you order labs?

Often, yes. Labs may include inflammation markers, vitamin and mineral testing, blood sugar and metabolic markers, and thyroid testing, depending on your history.

Can I see you if I already have a specialist?

Yes. Naturopathic care can work alongside rheumatology, physical therapy, chiropractic, or primary care. Please do not stop any prescribed medication without talking to your prescriber.

Do you work with autoimmune conditions?

We support people with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions alongside their specialist care, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors that may affect flare-ups.

How long before I notice a difference?

Every person is different. Some people notice changes within a few weeks, while others need more time. We track your progress at follow-up visits and adjust your plan.

Do you take insurance?

Generally, no. Due to Colorado state licensing restrictions, we do not bill insurance for our natural health services. Please visit our Scheduling & Fees page for details.

When should I seek urgent care for pain?

Sudden, severe pain, pain after an injury, or pain with fever, numbness, or weakness should be evaluated right away by urgent care or emergency services.

What’s the first step?

The first step is to schedule a new patient appointment. If you’d like to make sure the practice is the right fit before booking, you can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
