Natural Treatment for Chronic Fatigue & Insomnia
Answers for exhaustion and poor sleep
Personalized naturopathic care for ongoing fatigue, low energy, burnout, and trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.
Feeling exhausted all the time, or lying awake at night, can affect every part of your life. Many of our patients come to us after being told their labs are normal but still not feeling like themselves.
Fatigue and poor sleep often have more than one cause. We look at factors such as thyroid function, adrenal and cortisol patterns, blood sugar, nutrient status, hormones, and stress to understand what is draining your energy.
Your care may include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, targeted supplements, herbal medicine, sleep support, lab testing, and referrals as needed.
Fatigue and Sleep Care That Looks for Root Causes
Rather than simply managing symptoms on the surface, we look for the underlying factors that may be contributing to your concerns so treatment can be tailored to your body, your history, and your goals.
We may evaluate:
- Thyroid function
- Chronic infections, such as Epstein-Barr virus (mono), Lyme disease, or other chronic infections
- Adrenal and cortisol patterns
- Blood sugar balance
- Iron, B12, vitamin D, and other nutrients
- Hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause
- Sleep habits and sleep environment
- Stress load and burnout
- Digestive health
- Current medications, caffeine, and alcohol
We also review prior lab work and order additional testing or referrals when needed.

Ongoing Fatigue
Feeling tired no matter how much you rest. We look at thyroid, iron, nutrient, and blood sugar factors that may be draining your energy.
Burnout & Stress Exhaustion
Feeling wired but tired, overwhelmed, or running on empty. We assess your stress load and cortisol patterns.
Trouble Falling Asleep
A racing mind or feeling wired at bedtime can be connected to stress, cortisol rhythm, and daily habits.
Waking During the Night
Waking up at the same time each night or not being able to get back to sleep may be linked to blood sugar, stress, or hormones.
Afternoon Energy Crashes
Needing caffeine or sugar to get through the day may point to blood sugar swings or cortisol patterns.
Brain Fog
Difficulty focusing and poor memory are common with fatigue and poor sleep, and often improve when the underlying causes are addressed.
Hormone-Related Sleep Changes
Night sweats and sleep disruption during perimenopause and menopause, or changes around your cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you treat chronic fatigue?
Yes. We support adults with ongoing fatigue and low energy by looking for the factors that may be contributing, such as thyroid function, nutrient status, blood sugar, hormones, and stress.
Can you help with insomnia?
Yes. We look at why sleep is difficult, including stress, cortisol rhythm, blood sugar, hormones, and daily habits, and build a plan to support better sleep.
My labs were normal. Can you still help?
Often, yes. We take a detailed look at your symptoms and may run more comprehensive testing than a basic screening to better understand what is going on.
What labs do you order?
Depending on your history, labs may include a full thyroid panel, adrenal and cortisol testing, iron and vitamin levels, blood sugar markers, and hormone testing.
Do you use sleep medications?
We focus on natural approaches such as nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, and supplements. If you already take a sleep medication, please do not stop it without talking to your prescriber.
What if I might have sleep apnea?
If you snore loudly, stop breathing during sleep, or wake up gasping, we may recommend a sleep study through your primary care provider, since sleep apnea needs its own evaluation.
How long before I feel better?
Every person is different. Some people notice changes in energy or sleep within a few weeks, while others need more time. We track your progress and adjust your plan.
Do you take insurance?
Generally, no. Due to Colorado state licensing restrictions, we do not bill insurance for our natural health services. Please visit our Scheduling & Fees page for details.
Is fatigue ever a sign of something serious?
Sometimes. Sudden or severe fatigue, unexplained weight loss, or fatigue with other worrying symptoms should be evaluated promptly by your primary care provider.
What’s the first step?
The first step is to schedule a new patient appointment. If you’d like to make sure the practice is the right fit before booking, you can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
