Ponderosa Natural Medicine is conveniently located off I-70 in Wheat Ridge, CO. We are committed to providing exceptional naturopathic care. Our office also houses multiple other alternative health care providers, including a functional nurse practitioner, acupuncturists, and a massage therapist.
It is Dr. Wallace’s goal to empower patients to achieve optimal health in a compassionate and realistic manner. She takes the time to understand her patients to discover where their imbalances may lie and how to support them best. You will find your experience with her to be empowering and supportive.

Dr. Karrina Wallace, ND
Dr. Karrina Wallace is passionate about providing comprehensive and effective natural health care options. Since she was a child, she has aspired to become a doctor to help others. As a young adult facing illness of her own, she discovered the healing power of natural remedies when conventional healthcare offered no help. This healing experience empowered her to become a naturopathic doctor to provide natural healing modalities. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech University, she went on to pursue her naturopathic medical degree from The National University of Natural Medicine, the oldest naturopathic university in the US.
Dr. Wallace is an active member of the COAND and was on the board of directors for 2023-2025.
She is passionate about expanding the practice of naturopathic medicine to improve access to integrative medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Karrina enjoys being in nature at her home in Evergreen, CO, with her two dogs and partner. Some of her favorite activities are camping, rafting, and traveling to enjoy other cultures and environments.
